Training clinic - Refund policy

If a cancellation is made for a training clinic, more than 48 hours in advance, the Club will automatically grant credit and carry forward your payment to a future training clinic date.

If less than 48 hours notice is given, the club will ONLY carry forward/credit your fee paid when the Club has filled the vacant space. If the space cannot be filled your payment will not be credited.

Please note, no refunds are given.

Booking Policy

To guarantee your place, please book and pay online, following the instructions provided. If you encounter any difficulty, please contact the trainer or nominated contact which will be provided with the details of the clinic, to provisionally reserve a place. Your place will be only be guaranteed when payment is received either by BACS, cheque or cash, in advance.

All places are subject to pre-payment.

All payments made on the day will be subject to an additional £2.00 administration fee.
